Properties For Sale – This is an area of the site that is open to the public. All of our listings are owned by our corporation and are ready for immediate sale. Deed Preparation Services – Should you decide to sell your property you purchase with us, we offer a service to our clients that will allow you to sell your property and not worry about the process of creating a deed, getting the paperwork together and FedEx’d to your client. We handle this operation for our low Transaction Fee – Email us for more information. (Applies only to properties sold by our company originally). We will need names and addresses to be on the deed and our staff will take care of the rest. We use FedEx for a fast 24-hour turn around.
