Iverson Investments.com and Iverson Investments, Inc. and its affiliates are not Real Estate Agents and do not claim to be otherwise. Iverson Investments.com and Iverson Investments, Inc. claims information in all listings to be deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Any potential purchaser or purchaser of real property owned by Iverson Investments.com or Iverson Investments, Inc. should conduct their own due diligence to satisfy themselves concerning all aspects of their purchase decision to include: taxes, liens, quality of title and the ability to obtain title insurance, property lot sizes, room sizes, condition of home or buildings on the real property in question, code violations, habitability of the property, hazardous conditions to include mold or lead based paint, any and all repairs needed, correctness or quality of photos provided, or the quality of said auctions. There may be periods of time where there are no investor properties available to be purchased by said member. Iverson Investments.com and Iverson Investments, Inc. shall offer all properties to investors in their current as-is condition and provide no warranties to the information provided in the listings. Buyer or potential buyers agree to these terms when purchasing property from Iverson Investments.com or Iverson Investments Inc.
There may be periods of time where our service may be interrupted due to system updates or server problems beyond our control. This Agreement, and the performances due hereunder, shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue for purposes of any court action shall be in Clark County, NV. As such, all claims concerning this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the State or Federal courts located in Clark County, State of Nevada. The parties hereby consent to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts located in Clark County, State of Nevada and waive any personal jurisdiction or venue defenses concerning said forum. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Iverson Investments, Inc. as a result of these Terms or Service or use of our services.
